Founded in October 2023, Crest Tech Innovation is a forward-thinking organization in Sierra Leone dedicated to bridging the digital divide by equipping youth and adults with essential IT skills, innovation-driven knowledge, and entrepreneurial training. Our mission is to empower individuals with technology to foster sustainable development, economic growth, and digital inclusion.
Our Mission
Crest Tech Innovation is committed to leveraging technology to empower youth and adults by providing hands-on training in IT skills, cybersecurity, networking, software development, and entrepreneurship. We strive to create a tech-driven society where young people can compete in global markets and contribute to national development.

Core Areas of Focus
1.Tech Education & Digital Skills Training – Providing computer literacy, coding, networking, cybersecurity, and software development programs to equip young people with relevant digital skills.
2.Innovation & Incubation – Creating opportunities for young innovators to develop technology-based solutions for local and global challenges.
4.Policy Advocacy & Digital Inclusion – Engaging policymakers to advocate for better internet access, STEM education, and tech-friendly policies in Sierra Leone.
5.Women & Child Empowerment in Tech – Encouraging more women and girls to pursue careers in technology through specialized training and mentorship programs.
Achievements & Impact
•Successfully trained over 100 students through a one-month free digital skills training program, equipping youth and adults with fundamental IT and tech skills.
•Launched a Student Union to ensure students’ voices are heard and represented within the institution.
•Developed community-based programs to increase digital literacy and introduce technology to underserved areas.
•Built strategic partnerships with educational institutions and global tech organizations to expand training opportunities.
•conducted outreach and advocacy initiatives to promote STEM education and environmental sustainability.
Future Goals
Crest Tech Innovation aims to expand across Sierra Leone by establishing more branches, introducing advanced certification programs, and forming partnerships with international tech companies. Our goal is to empower thousands of young people and create a thriving digital economy in the country.
